TUC Project on the Sexual Orientation and Religion or Belief Regulations
Barry has completed DTI-funded research for the TUC, carrying out a project studying all cases concerning the Sexual Orientation and Religion or Belief Regulations 2003, and has prepared a report of the conclusions of that study. The work involves analysing published employment tribunal decisions and any relevant higher court judgments.
The report was launched at the TUC's LGBT Annual Conference on 29 June 2007 and is published on the TUC's website at http://www.tuc.org.uk/equality/tuc-13485-f0.cfm (download available there and below).
